L & C Game is situated in the rolling hills of Dorset, surrounded by some of the most fertile, picturesque countryside in the country. All our livestock are born and bred on these very hills and byways.

None of our game has ever been treated with growth promoters, antibiotics or hormones and is a perfectly natural product as passed from generation to generation. Therefore you may be assured that whatever you choose will be as good now as it=s ever been.

You may wish to choose some of our smoked products all of which are prepared on our own premises in a traditional cold smoking process, a type of smoking which allows all the oak flavours to enter the meats very slowly and thoroughly and produces the old oak smoked flavour of long past, as with our traditional dry cure, using much the same methods as used by our first early seafarers, slowly rubbing by hand curing salts into the meats allowing them to mature very slowly and gradually, although this process may take longer it will produce a much fuller traditional flavour.

With us being a relatively small family business, you may be assured with any of our products that you may choose, all are of the very highest quality.

Our Working Practice

Due to our individual management policies, all our stock are cared for solely by nature without any interference. This means strictly no antibiotics, no growth promoters, and above all no stress. A perfectly natural product.
