Arts and Flowers Festival & Recitals

The Village Flower Festival was held in Holy Rood Church over the weekend of 15th / 16th July 2006.

The last Arts and Flowers Festival was held in June 2004.   On the theme of All Things Bright and Beautiful, the Festival featured an exhibition of paintings, drawings and other works by local artists, complemented by floral displays and interpretations.

The Festival was one of a series of events held to celebrate the completion of a programme of refurbishment of the church, including the construction of a new organ gallery and the installation of the rebuilt pipe organ.
