Abbotsbury

Beaminster in Dorset on the Stoke Abbott road. The nearest railway station is
Crewkerne Station which is approximately 6 miles away and the nearest bus
station is Yeovil which is 12 miles away. Transport from either can be arranged. If
you are driving there is plenty of free car parking nearby.
Blandford

Cerne Abbas
The Cerne Abbas Giant. A one hundred and eighty foot high outline of a naked
man, possibly a representation of Hercules, carved into the chalk hillside above
the village of Cerne Abbas. Best viewed from a layby on the A352 Sherborne to
Dorchester road. Cerne formerly had an abbey, of which little trace now remains
apart from St. Augustine's Well. Cerne Abbas has several pubs and teashops.
Treasure Trails Dorset. Giants Head Farmhouse, Old Sherborne Road, Cerne

snippets of fact as well as some wonderful hidden places you would just never

Channel Island Ferries
